March 18, 2011 - Friday 10:00PM: Airways gone Punk after 10pm! Who would have thought "Punk" as a theme party! I thought that was a brilliant idea! Special thanks to Ms Rachel.C for the opportunity, we appreciate it.
For the record, "Quick Takes" for the first time catered for supper. A little challenge for chef, there were not enough lights to cook that night but thanks to "head flashlight"! Classic! ha ha ha....However, with or without lights the show must go on, for this party chef Mursidi showed his "punk" side. He prepared Fried Buffolo Wings with honey mustard dip, Vegetable Samosa, Fried noodle and guess what?? We thought the buffolo wings was a hit?? But Cendol Gula Melaka was the champion for this night!
Anyways, thank you Airways, it was a great experience and we enjoyed ourselves.
We hope to cater for the next staff party! Yay!
