September 9th, 2012 - Happy 3rd Birthday Ryan Alexander! I was pleased to hear from Regina again after awhile. She called four (4) days prior to the event. It was a little rush to prep, however my kitchen team and I managed to pull it off so smoothly. Thanks to my brother and his crew for landing me an extra hands.
I have done a lot of dots and pink for kids party. Since Ryan likes Train and cars, I decided to give a striking colors like Orange & Green with stripes as the main feature. I was so happy that I have lots of space to play around with the layout. I have the whole space at the patio for the kids corner and outside the car porch for the adult station. I love that they have this extra large table and colorful matching chairs. I used the huge table to decorate the Candy Bar, simple, sweet and spacious. I heard from Regina that the chocolate cupcakes were the champion here. That was my ultimate goal to make everyone happy!
We have the kids corner done, now as for the adult corner; my kitchen team had prepared all requested old time favourites. Everyone seemed to enjoy the Firn salad with dried shrimp, Chicken Curry, Beef Rendang, Fish in Hot & Sour Sauce, Mix vegetable with oyster sauce, Prawn Fritters, steam white rice and Red bean in coconut juice as dessert.
